T Day stands for Inchie, and Journal Page

Hello everyone. Welcome to my little part of Blog Land and thank your for your visit.
Happy T Day if you have arrived from Elizabeth's where she invites everyone to post a drink related post every Tuesday. I usually post mine Monday evening as Tuesday is always my 'busy' new challenge day on my blog. The new challenge tomorrow will be at Tag Tuesday so hope to see you there

We went on the train to Goole as we wanted to see the Waterways Museum. Before we set off to find the museum we found this really lovely cafe in a very large but strange building. Usual toasted tea cakes and coffee and they were really nice. Not sure I would ever go to Goole again but I do have photographs to show you of our adventure there--they just need sorting out.

The Every Inchie Monday theme this week is zebra

I picked up the wrong colouring pen and the poor animal has a blue mane.

At More Mixed Media you can make anything at all with the option this time of adding some purple to your project. I made this for Art Journal Journey as well where Rosie choose circles as the theme for this month

The page was covered with a fine napkin and painted white then crinkled up to add texture. I added various sprays and dabbed them here and there. The circles were stamped with the lid of a paint spray. I added some felt flowers and some old batteries then the little covers. I have lots of those and I'm never quite sure what they are for.  The quote was on Google and I made the journal book digitally as I haven't put the page in my proper journal yet,

Love Chrissie xx

I was truly impressed with the journal page. At first, I thought that napkin was handmade paper. It had the texture of some I often make. And the use of old batteries is brilliant. I LOVE that nothing in your home gets thrown away.

I always love your inchies, and your cute faced zebra is no different. We'll just call him a colorful zebra (grin).

I really enjoyed my trip with you to The Walkway Cafe in Goole. The prices looked really reasonable, too.

Thanks for sharing your inchie, your page for AJJ, your trip to Goole, and your coffee with us for T this Tuesday.

Those tea cakes look yummy and even though I am more of a tea than coffee drinker, a big mug full of tea would be wonderful. I can't wait to see your photos and maybe even you'll tell us why you won't go back to Goole. Very nice circle page-I love the details you added. :) Happy T day. Hugs-Erika

Love the psycodelic giraffe! (In spite of his colour).
Tea cakes are my favorite so I think I'll join you for that one.

Great inchie and journal page. I don't blame you not wanting to go to Goole again. I lived there in the 60's when I was first married. My ex husband taught at the Grammar school. My son was born there as well. Horrible place is all I can say.
