Vintage at Try it on Tuesday

Hi All

I hope your week is going well. Mine seems to have flown by with a mix of watching sport on television, knitting at the same time, and trying to fit in a few longer walks as well.

At Try it on Tuesday the theme this time is Vintage. Still lots of time to join in with the challenge

I decided to go digital this time though it started out with inspiration from one of the beautiful paper napkins that Yvonne sent to me. I still can't bear to cut into them so I scanned part of it to use for the background of my piece. The ladies I found here and all the other things are Paint Shop Pro brushes I have created or effects.

Yesterday was very wet first thing in the morning but as it looked like it might change so we set off for Sewerby Park along the cliff top. So pleased we did as there were Spring bulbs in bloom all over the place. Such a wonderful sight.

Wishing you a great day

Love Chrissie xx

  4. You created a stunning entry for TioT. It is so beautiful, and I know I'd hate to cut that napkin up, too.

I love your trip to the park and LOVE seeing those snowdrops that appear only on blogs by my British friends. I don't think they grow here. They are so fun to see. Thanks for sharing them.
